Bodog Poker has a new Royal Flush bonus promotion where players can win up to $200 in cash. During real money Texas Hold’em cash games, any time you hit a Royal Flush you will get 50x’s the big blind, with a $200 maximum bonus. So, if you’re playing in a $1/2 game, you’ll win an extra $100. If you are playing in a $2/4 or bigger game, you’ll get an extra $200 to pad your account.
To win the Royal Flush bonus, both of your hole cards must be used to make the hand and a minimum of 3 players must be dealt cards. While most bonuses like this require the hand to go to showdown, this one doesn’t. It doesn’t matter if you bet everyone out of the hand, you’ll still get the bonus!
The funny thing is that on the Bodog Poker website, it says that “your hand must win the pot”. Everyone know that a Royal Flush never holds up…so much for the bonus.
