The North American Poker Tour (NAPT) is another one of the zillions of little tours Pokerstars seems to be drumming up lately. It has just 3 events scheduled for 2010, but who cares if they call it NAPT, PAQT, PQST or TTTT? It’s a poker tournament with lots of money on the line, and a chance to play against some top pros – for free. That’s all we care about anyhow right?
Meet Joe Cada Satellite Tournaments
So, here’s how it works. Every day at 21:00 ET Pokerstars has a freeroll tournament available where the top 45 players will move on to the Weekly Finals event. If you make it to the Weekly Finals event and finish in the top 18, you’ll move on to the Grand Final event, with a chance to win the whole enchilada.
You can also choose to play in the twice-a-day $1.10 satellite tournaments. These run at 20:00 and 23:00 ET and one in 5 players win seats to the Weekly Finals.
The Weekly Finals are being held on January 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st, and February 7th & 13th.
The Grand Final Event will be held on February 13th at 21:00 ET.
