There is a new promotion going on at Pokerstars right now, called the Pokerstars Million Dollar Challenge. Four times a day Pokerstars is running the Million Dollar Challenge freerolls. The top 10 players in each freeroll have a chance to win $1 million and play against Pokerstars Team Pro Daniel Negreanu on TV.
After finishing in the top 10, players need to send a video of themselves to Pokerstars, explaining why they should be chosen to be on the show. I’m not sure what the name of the show is going to be, but Pokerstars calls it “new and exciting”….would they call it “redundant and boring?”
It does sound pretty cool actually. If you get chosen, you will get to play in a series of heads-up matches against celebrities while Daniel Negreanu coaches you. It looks like the winner, or winners will get to play against Daniel with a shot at the million bucks.
Videos should be two minutes long, and I suggest you throw in a lot of personality. No doubt they’re going to want players who will talk and interest the viewers, so get crazy and see what happens.
